These Ships range from := 12,500MT to 25,000MT to 50,000MT The shortest ETA to Middle East destination is "ONLY" 10 days from UAE Waters. Normal distance from ETA Ports is 14/15 days depending whether on a Southern Route around South Africa or into the Mediterranean. This is a service which is operated by International Banks owning the SUGAR and the Shipping Company with Russian Ownership. The Contractual arrangements etc are carried out by the Shipping Company in liasion with our comprehensive Offices based Worldwide in vetting potential Genuine Buyers and arranging contracts on a "SHIPS ON SEA" Procedure We receive in our offices over 100 requests for SUGAR supply per week and over 95% of these are "Time-wasters" + That is our main Job to validate the Buyers from the "INTERNET VAQUEROS" ""COWBOYS". In the 1st Instance the following Procedure is strictly adapted to get to this position:: Any Potential Buyer or an appointed official Buyer "MUST" Submit an LOI & MT799 from their Bank. + This MT799 costs around US$200 and proves purely that any "Real Buyer" has the Money to take an offered Contract which in all cases is over US$5,000,000 + It does not block any funds etc until there is an activated L/C produced to complete the contract. It is there so the Buyers Bank can verify the Money is there + This is NOT so with a BCL where normally about 10/15 days are required to maybe get to this stage. + As you will appreciate this proceedure is impossible with "SHIPS ON THE SEA" Once we receive an MT799 along with an LOI Signed on Letterhead with Company Stamp we will send a Contract that is to be signed and returned to us by E Mail (This taken as the Hard Copy of contract) We will immediately return this contract duly signed and issue the full details of the particular ship with B/L SGS etc etc . + This then gives title to this cargo to the buyer who will indicate the port of discharge if ASWP!. After this 1st transaction + We will on-going with this registered client or Agent give all the Papers etc with offered contract knowing that the buyer is a serious for the future. No-Way will we give out this information until we know that the Buyer is Genuine as we would have all the "INTERNET VAQUEROS" swamping the Internet offering SUGAR they were NOT authorised to negotiate. The Current Price and LOGIC we are receiving from Genuine Buyers is as follows. On Standard Shipments the Price is US$345.00MT CIF ASWP and this takes the form of 35-45 days loading time. Then around 22 days the ETA (Around 65 Days) and during this time the Buyer will have issued an L/C which ties up his Money for the agreed amount for 65 Days. On SHIPS ON THE SEA the Buyers Money is only tied up for around 17 days on average & he can get on with selling this Sugar to profit and logically freeing capital for further transaction or even buy another product. "That is why we have gone to this effort to have something like 10 Ships in all on this service. ! I have attached a Procedure Format which is in no way deviated from. Prices are currently 12,500MT Ship (Average 14 days) US$425.00MT * 25,000MT Ship ( " " ") US$415.00MT * 50,000MT Ship ( " " ") US$408.00MT * N.B.
